REPLACEMENT PARTS:

  • Atomizers/Clearomizers/Tanks

The replacement parts for an electronic cigarette such as atomizers, clearomizers and/or tanks with a manufacture defect such as leaking, must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the item in order for the warranty to be applicable. Contacting us after this allotted period will mean that we cannot offer a refund or return. If you begin experiencing leaks with your tank past the 24-hour period, please contact the manufacturer for further assistance. We cannot accept returns on tanks that have been used for hygienic reasons. Please see more in our Refund and Return Policy.

Dry or Burnt Hits:

Dry or Burnt hits not always mean you have received a defected item. In most cases if you are experiencing dry or burnt hits, this is due to a setting issue or the coil not having been primed properly. Please refer to the following articles, which will help troubleshoot these common atomizer coil issues

  • Batteries and Chargers

Lithium-Ion batteries and chargers come with a 14 days guarantee and have a life expectancy of 3-6 months. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and do not cover the situations if the product has been damaged in any way by the customer. In such cases we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.

It is crucial to keep the following points in mind in order to ensure you are using your batteries safely:

  • Never carry separate or loose batteries without a special container, either plastic or cardboard. Make also sure your batteries do not come in contact with metal/metallic objects such as change or keys.
  • Turn off your electronic cigarette when it is not in use;
  • Use charger supplied to your battery or device (for built-in batteries);
  • Never leave charging batteries unattended unless you are using a charging safety bag;
  • Make sure your battery and charger do not contact with water and are not exposed to extremely low or high temperatures;
  • Dispose vape batteries once they have reached their end of shelf life.
  • Vape Devices

Pen style kits, box mods, pod starter kits and squonk mods require 14 days guarantee. Please note that mechanical mods are designed for experienced vape users. Thus My Ecigs store accepts no responsibility for the potential damage caused by the incorrect use of electronic cigarette.

  • E-liquid

For the safety of our customers, as well as hygiene, our warranty does not extend to e-liquids due to the nature of the products. Of course, if we have sent you the wrong flavor, nicotine strength, or size by mistake, we will certainly exchange the e-juice bottle for you, provided that it has not been opened and/or damaged.

Sometimes e-juices don’t taste as good as they sounded in the description, or you otherwise determine that you don’t like the flavour. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on e-juices for this reason.

  • Drip Tips

For the hygiene purposes, our warranty does not extend to drip tips. We can send a refund or exchange the product if we have sent you a wrong drip tip, provided that it was not used and unpacked of course, and is in a sellable condition.
