My Ecigs Refund and Return Policy offers only safe and secure service to customers within our website. It explains your rights and responsibilities when receiving false, miss-described or damaged products and when returning items to us. We like to make sure that all the issues our customers come across with are resolved with minimum of fuss and time.

This policy is a part of our Terms and Conditions. Please read this Policy along with our Terms and Conditions attentively. By submitting customer registration form and purchasing products from My Ecigs store, you agree to the following terms.

Please make sure you test all products for defects upon receiving your order and read the product information carefully to make sure you are using it properly. In the event you received the wrong item compared to what you actually ordered please contact us first.

14 Day Guarantee Period

The products placed on My Ecigs store carry an implied, industry-standard 14 day warranty against defects due to manufacturing failure. You have the right to return your order and/or receive a refund within a period of 14 calendar days starting with the day you received the order. Please note: the 14 day warranty begins on the day the product is delivered and not on the day it was put to use.

If you change mind about your purchase, but it was already shipped to you, please make sure you return it to us in its original condition up to 14 days after delivery, and we will exchange or refund it for you. Original condition means the item was not used, damaged, and is in a sellable condition. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is your responsibility and is non-refundable.

Terms Of Return And Refund Policy

  1. You will receive a full refund for an item that was wrongly sent to you, or is not as described. It has to be not used or damaged, and in a sellable condition. Once we have made sure the item was faulty we will then send over the details on how to return the product. We will process your refund as soon as the item has come back to us;
  2. You will be fully refunded if you receive a manufacturer damaged or not working item and send us a proof of the fact of damage (by submitting a photo or video material).
  3. You can receive a refund if you have changed your mind about an item. In this case you will have to return it in sellable condition for an exchange or refund. We will process your refund as soon as the item is returned to us. You will have to pay the shipping fee;
  4. We will refund back to original method of payment;
  5. All the items must be returned within 14 calendar days;
  6. All the refunds are processed in 14 calendar days after receiving the returned item. Failure to return the item will void the refund;
  7. If there is no need to send back the item, the refund will be issued within 14 calendar days starting from the day the refund was claimed;
  8. Before posting an item back to us please contact us to confirm the return;
  9. We will refund any postal charges you incur to return the items which were wrongly sent to you.

What Can Not Be Returned

For sanitary reasons we do not accept returns for any of these items:

  • Opened and used/tested clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled liquids, drip tips.
  • Any item which is damaged;
